We meet once a week for 4 weeks. Sessions are conducted over the phone. Each week we will unlock the next adjustment and follow the results as they build upon one another.

I would recommend working with Blair –  especially for people who are failing in their efforts to manage their eating habits, who are going without any structure or guidance. I have a greater “awareness” about what I am eating , when I eat and how I eat. Plus – the ability to schedule one-on-one conversations at a convenient time.  Really enjoyed the program.
