And it’s ok, you can admit it – you “sneak eat” some of the raw cookie dough, right? If you’re like me – it was right off the beaters.
Great News!!! We found a way to make eating raw cookie dough good for you!
Ok, technically, it isn’t actually cookie dough, but this one is so much better for your body and it tastes just like the cookie dough you’ve been licking off the beaters for years. (I’m not the only one, right?)
And here’s something fun: Tell your friends that you eat cookie dough as a snack and watch their eyes! See if they ask how you can do that and look as fabulous as you do! Go ahead – share you’re secret!
This recipe is so easy to make – and so delicious!
Ingredients 10 minutes 12 Servings
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup almond butter
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dairy-free mini chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Water (as needed)
- Combine vanilla protein, almond flour. Mix in almond butter, honey, chocolate chips, & coconut if using.
- Add water slowly as needed and mix until dough becomes desired consistency.
- Enjoy and pat yourself on the back for having made a better choice!
